Sunteck Realty is one of the major real-estate developers in Mumbai. The company is popular for their luxury residential apartments and commercial complexes.
Sunteck Realty claims to have developed 52 million square feet across 32 different projects.
Their ‘luxury’ categories in residential buildings include the entry-level ‘aspirational luxury’, followed by ‘marquee luxury’, ‘premium luxury’, ‘ultra luxury’ and the top-end ‘Uber Luxury’ which is named ‘Signature Island’ in BKC.
The share price of Sunteck Realty has struggled for momemtun over the last decade and a half. The price surged soon after the company was listed, and that initial phase which coincided with the bull market between 2004 – 2007.
The next period of momentum came during the mid-small cap rally in the Indian markets in 2016-17. The share price jumped more than 400% – but since it has been range bound.
Sunteck did fall quite significantly during the Covid 2020 market crash – but went back to its previous levels pretty quickly.
